My name is Jim and in my mid-20′s living in New Jersey. I have a B.A in Computer Science and Information Systems and I’m a full-time programmer/analyst. When I’m not at the office, I’m playing ice hockey in a men’s league and working out. I’ve been playing roller hockey since about 9 and ice hockey since about 14. I’m a huge Devils fan to say the very least. I try to live a healthy lifestyle everyday by training, playing hockey and eating properly. One of my worst nightmares is becoming obese and after my last semester of college, I could see the very beginning of gaining fat when I have no time to devote everyday to the gym.
I’ve been working out on and off since 2006. I say on and off because during those years, I was working and going to school so sometimes there would be inconsistencies in my working regimen. I’m of a lean body type, 5’10 around 180 lbs. No – I don’t have a 6-pack abs nor can I bench press 300 lbs. I’ve always had a huge interest in becoming healthier and feeling good. Since I graduated college in 2012, I have been able to dedicate more time to my weekly training schedules and have been hitting the gym with more focus than ever before. I have no interest in becoming a fitness competitor in any sort of competition, the only interest I have is building and sculpting my body into an all-around athlete. I just want to continue to get stronger and feel good about myself.
